Key Responsibility
- Execution of sales target through his/her team of FA/LIM/DM
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents (LIM/DM)- Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective region
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products
- Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve maximum business
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree/Professional Degree
- Preferred experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years
- Preferred Nature of Industry: Insurance- Preferably from SBI Life, Kotak, Bajaj Allianz
- Experienced candidates with good background, selling skills and understanding of insurance industry. (Good advisors with strong insurance background can also be referred)
Knowledge and Skills Desired
Technical/ Functional Essential: Experience in insurance sales; Excellent Interpersonal Skills; Basic knowledge on Computer Operations
Desirable: Knowledge about the insurance industry; Should be high on initiative; Well-groomed and confident
Must Have
- Life Insurance experience for at least 2 years
- Should have minimum 4-5 active agents
